Enabling Trace in Microsoft Dynamic CRM 4.0

While working with MS CRM who might have seen generic error which don’t provide much information.
Where do I get the more details information. Here we go.
Check your registry entries for below values.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

If above values are not present in your registry then copy the above line of code & paste it to notepad, moving further change the extension from .txt to .reg. Run this file to make the necessary change in registry.

Restart the IIS , you would see the trace of error occurred in “C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server\Trace”

Using this, you could see the detailed error message.
